Our Story

Founded in 2080 B.S., Saprem Nirman Sewa and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. started its journey with a strong vision to contribute to Nepal’s construction and infrastructure development sector. Under the leadership of founder and owner Rita Upadhyay, the company initially began by taking government construction contracts and infrastructure projects.

One of our proud achievements during the early stage of our journey was the successful construction of two government buildings in Chapagaun. These projects became a symbol of our dedication, hard work, and commitment toward quality construction and trustworthy service.

As the company continued to grow, we expanded our business into the field of import, export, and supply of construction materials and household products. Today, we import quality materials and products from India and China, helping customers across Nepal access reliable and modern construction solutions.

However, our vision goes far beyond trading and supply. We dream of building industries within Nepal that can create opportunities, strengthen the economy, and reduce dependency on imported products.

In the near future, we aim to start local production of paint brushes, paint rollers, and other construction-related tools. In the coming years, we plan to establish a channel manufacturing industry by bringing advanced machinery for channels, perimeter hangers, and related materials.

Our long-term vision is even greater. Within the next decade, we aspire to develop gypsum production industries in Nepal by exploring local gypsum resources and manufacturing gypsum products within the country itself. Through this mission, we hope to contribute to Nepal’s industrial development and create a proud future for upcoming generations.
